the spacious apartment had strong air conditioning and a huge balcony. I enjoyed the guest pool, which was usually all to myself. the staff were very warm and friendly, and the 24-hour front desk was convenient. Definitely a lot of bang for your buck at this place.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! From the moment we arrived at the reception desk, the staff made us feel welcome and helped us whenever we needed assistance. The hotel's location was perfect, with terrific restaurants and a craft beer house just a short distance away. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Room service was delicious, offering a good range of options at reasonable prices.

This hotel is centrally located and close to everything that you could possibly need. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a decent size balcony providing a view of either the street or the river and mountains. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to retrieve a forgotten bag from the airport. Additionally, the hotel offers amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and free gated parking.

The location of the hotel is not ideal as it is right across from a very noisy pub, which can be disruptive to a good night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at a modern and spacious accommodation in Townsville. the room at Grand Hotel And Apartments was excellent, with a separate bedroom and a comfortable bed. the kitchen was good with plenty of space, and the bathroom was clean and modern, even equipped with a washing machine. the staff were friendly and offered a late check out, which was a great help. the location was perfect, with wonderful cafes and restaurants right on our doorstep. We couldn't fault this place - it was truly fantastic value for money!

We had a fantastic time during our city trip, thanks to the amazing complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi offered by our hotel. the location was right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to explore and enjoy all the city sights. the staff were extremely friendly and made us feel at home. Our room was clean, spacious and well-equipped, and we loved the comfortable bed and the serene atmosphere in our room. it was an unforgettable experience.

That the pool area was not the best we have seen. It lacked a bit of ambiance, and the pool was not very inviting.
