The food and service at the Executive Lounge were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the afternoon tea and the hearty breakfast. The lounge staff were helpful and attentive, making my stay at Grand Hyatt a memorable experience. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The concierge greeted us warmly and the staff were all lovely. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the bed was one of the comfiest we have ever slept in. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and a close proximity to Chinatown for clubbing and dining. We also enjoyed great views of the city and the Yarra river. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the buffet breakfast that was easily the best we have ever had. All in all, we couldn't fault this hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, with a stunning running path by the river that is just a stone's throw away. It’s also very close to a tram stop, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel is conveniently located near many popular attractions, making it an ideal place to stay for tourists.

The cleanliness of the room leaves something to be desired, with some areas of the room still not clean upon arrival.
