I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Potts Point for a short trip. The location was extremely convenient, with the train station right next to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and the bed was very comfortable. Plus, the nearby shopping street was only 200 meters away, making it easy to explore.

Best location! the hotel is conveniently located close to the metro and there are plenty of shops and restaurants close by. We also loved the complementary welcome wine and the fact that there were four pillows on each bed. the staff was really helpful and gave us lots of useful information about the area.

I had an amazing experience staying at this venue. Its location was perfect, being just next to the train station made it very easy to explore the city. The service was remarkable, starting from the welcome drink, the housekeeping to the 24-hour room service, everything was excellent. My room was very spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities like an in-room safe, fridge and electric kettle, to name a few. The reception staff was courteous and friendly, especially the evening shift, which allowed us to check-out later than usual.

The room and bathroom were impeccably clean and well maintained. We were delighted to find that the room had all the necessary amenities such as a safe, iron, hairdryer, and robes. The comfortable bed with a choice of pillow styles ensured a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the train station and supermarkets. And let's not forget the breathtaking view from our room.

While the breakfast was average, it still provided a decent selection. However, the shower being in the bath proved to be a challenge for my elderly mother.
