I recently stayed at Fraser Suites in Hamburg for a few nights as a tourist. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and provided great local recommendations. The complementary mini fridge stocked with drinks and the quality coffee pods were a nice touch. The ambience of the hotel was remarkable, with cozy private rooms and a relaxing spa facility. The location was superb, with close proximity to restaurants and a beautiful view of the riverside.

During our stay at Fraser Suites, we were impressed by the spacious and well-equipped room. The amenities like the air conditioning, iron, and kitchen made our stay comfortable and convenient. The hotel also had excellent facilities such as a gym, sauna, and laundry room. We loved the central location, which allowed us to easily explore all the attractions on foot or by train. our experience was fantastic, and we found the staff to be very helpful.

One small inconvenience was the unexpected knock on our door by the cleaning crew before our check-out time. It was a bit annoying as we hadn't placed the sign on the door, leading us to think we had misunderstood the check-out time.

Good the hotel's exclusive amenities were extraordinary, reflecting luxury and exceptional comfort. the beautiful architecture and interior design of the suite, with its large king-sized bed, kitchenette, and charming bathroom, astonished me. the staff was friendly and helpful and made sure that all my needs were fulfilled. the restaurant served an exquisite breakfast with a myriad of healthy options to choose from.

Cons Although the cleaning services were satisfactory, I missed seeing tea/coffee facilities replaced daily. the shower gel was not provided in my room, which was a minor inconvenience.

We had a great Xmas stay in a beautifully refurbished building. the grand marble staircase and high ceilings gave the place a touch of luxury. the staff members were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed the complementary coffee and tea in the well-equipped kitchen and the spacious room with a stunning canal view. the key location with easy accessibility to transportation was also a plus.

We didn't appreciate having to fill out a form for breakfast at a specific time during our holiday. It felt unnecessary and a bit stressful.

We stayed in a beautiful early 20th century grand office building that has been renovated very tastefully. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Stadthausbrücke S-Bahn station, making it easy to explore the center of Hamburg. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The breakfast room was well organized and offered a variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed the view from our room, overlooking the city.

The gym was not included in the hotel cost and had an additional fee.
