We had a fantastic stay at Plaza Hotel. The location was perfect, just a short 20-minute walk from the train station. As pensioners, this was very convenient for us. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the lovely lady at reception who welcomed us with a bright smile and a laugh, even though we arrived late at night. The room was extremely comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of hooks in the bathroom, side tables next to the chair and lounge, and a cozy ambiance thanks to the six lights and ceiling light. This has been our best experience with IBIS so far. Thank you, Plaza Hotel!

Great value for money during our romantic getaway. The dinner specials were a steal and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was fantastic, only a short walk away from the town center and all its attractions. The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings that added a nice touch.

the noise level of the room was a bit high, which impacted our sleep quality. Finally, the pool area could have used some seating options for enjoying the views from the balcony.

We had a great buffet breakfast at the Plaza Hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, replenishing the buffet promptly. The range of food on offer was delicious, including crispy bacon, eggs, sausages, baked beans, and more. The breakfast was well worth the price.

It would be nice if there was a microwave available for heating food or drinks other than instant tea or coffee.

The hotel's location is fantastic as it is within walking distance to the city center, making it easy to explore all the restaurants and attractions in Kal. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with vibrant decor that adds a cheerful touch to your stay. The bathrooms are tiled to the ceiling, ensuring a clean and mold-free environment. The staff provides excellent service, offering room changes when necessary. The continental breakfast is plentiful, giving you plenty of options to start your day.

There were some issues with the shower screens in certain rooms, which caused inconvenience for some guests.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. Everything was within walking distance, from the shops to the coffee shops and restaurants. We also loved the spacious and comfortable room we stayed in. It had a nice seating area and a balcony where we could enjoy the view of the town. The staff here were exceptional. They were always helpful and pleasant, whether it was at the reception or in the dining room. We had a small issue with a door knob late at night, but the staff handled it calmly and efficiently. We can't thank them enough for their great service.

Can't wait to come back and visit this place again. Highly recommended to friends.
