Clean, modern building. In-room facilities, good bathroom, comfortable beds, and good air conditioning. Central location near entertainment areas. Quiet rooms with no sound on the 7th floor. Prompt service from reception.

I just had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel in Shinjuku. the location was brilliant - right in the centre of everything. Secondly, the staff were wonderful, always ready to help and make sure we had everything we needed. And finally, the rooms were small but well-equipped with all the amenities you could want for a comfortable stay. Plus, the breakfast served was delicious and convenient, allowing us to start our day quickly.

Everything was great at this hotel.

Great location, close to the heart of the city and all the best sights. The bed in my room was large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. the staff were helpful and friendly, always happy to answer my questions and offer suggestions.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired, with limited options and unappetizing food. the room was not very clean and had an unpleasant smell.

my second stay in tokyo was an absolute delight. stayed at a charming hotel in shinjuku that surpassed my expectations. cozy rooms, luxurious bathroom, and the fastest wifi i've ever experienced. great location near golden gai too.

Great location, close to the heart of Shinjuku and within walking distance to popular attractions. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and even printed out recommendations for bars. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers basic amenities. Despite the small rooms, it's a good choice for those who will be out exploring Tokyo most of the day. The hotel has fantastic restaurants, bars, and amusement arcades nearby.
