During my stay at Mercure Tours Nord, I had a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel's modern and clean atmosphere provided a comfortable stay. The small pool was perfect for cooling off after a long drive. The helpful staff made me feel welcome and attended to my needs. The location, close to the motorway network, allowed for easy access to the city center. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the autoroute, making it easy for day trips. The spacious and light rooms are a definite advantage, with a lovely big shower. Additionally, the hotel is situated down the road from plenty of other restaurant choices.

At times, the front desk was manned by non English-speaking staff, which could be a bit challenging for some guests.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, even providing me with an unexpected breakfast when I arrived early in the morning. the breakfast buffet was impressive with a wide variety of options including fresh fruit, cheese, and even delicious crepes. the spacious rooms were well-equipped, with large flat-screen TVs and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the convenient location, just a short drive from the city center.

The hotel is located in an industrial zone, which meant it was a bit remote from the old city. the menu options for lunch were limited, and there was no option for a light snack after checking out.

Stayed over Easter weekend and had a fantastic time. the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that we had an enjoyable time. Lovely touches like Easter eggs and decorations in the room made it feel extra special. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of attractions within a short drive.

Our only issue was that the room was a bit cramped for a family of four, but it was still clean and comfortable. Plus, with all the great activities around, we didn't spend much time in the room anyway.
