Great value for money, the room was spacious, well-designed, and everything was brand new and very clean. The staff, especially Rhys, were welcoming, down to earth, and extremely helpful, even upgrading our room to ensure our comfort. The location was ideal, away from the CBD but close to the East Village shopping centre and cafes.

During our recent stay at Meriton Suites, we were impressed with the convenient location in Zetland. It was close to a supermarket and several coffee places and restaurants, perfect for self-catering and meeting friends. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the features offered.

the room was well-equipped with modern facilities and a comfortable bed. the private facilities were truly outstanding, especially the indoor swimming pool and sauna. Despite being in the city center, the peaceful garden area and heated swimming pool provided a relaxing retreat. the staff was attentive, and their service impeccable.

Despite a great stay, the minor issue we encountered was the limited availability of tea and coffee. We were surprised to find out that there was no toaster or adequate supply of milk.

Located conveniently close to Green Square Station, this hotel is easily accessible from the city and the airport. The upgraded room was surprisingly spacious and had more bedrooms than expected, with a fantastic view from the top floor. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing all necessary information. The pool and spa were clean and not crowded, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen in the room was well-stocked and fulfilled all needs.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to the train station going downtown which is only 4 stations from Circular Quay where everything happens. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to find dining options and do some shopping.

Some reviews mentioned that the customer service could be improved, as there were issues with the air conditioning not working correctly and maintenance walking into rooms without permission.

We also enjoyed the large televisions with access to a variety of entertainment. The friendly staff member at the front desk was particularly helpful with transportation assistance. The nice toiletries and bath provided were a nice touch.

One thing we didn't like was the noise in the hallway during windy days. It was pretty loud and we couldn't do anything about it.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access off the Eastern Distributor. It is also close to restaurants that offer reasonably priced meals. there is a communal BBQ available for guests to use.

The curtains in the room could use some improvement to block out the sunlight completely.
