The centrally located hotel is clean with spacious rooms, perfect for our family plus our three dogs. I appreciated the efforts of staff like Ms. Jyoti, who went above and beyond when we forgot some belongings, arranging for them to be couriered back home.

My wife says that the dinner menu could offer more choices.

The restaurant is cramped and poorly organized, leading to long waits for tables!!! Invoice printing is a nightmare, requiring multiple follow-ups to get it right!!! Staff communication was notably slow and unhelpful at times!!! Overall, a bit more efficiency would be appreciated!!!

The staff was so chill and helpful, especially Vinayak, Shubham, and Zana—they really made us feel like family. The food, ag man, was just too good! We enjoyed some lekker meals together as a group, and the atmosphere was great for a family catch-up.

Only downside was the check-in took a bit longer than expected, but nothing we couldn't handle.

The brekkie was a proper delight, offering all sorts of lekker South Indian eats! The staff were beyond friendly, especially Ms. Roopa who made us feel right at home. The location was spot on for checking out the palace and other sights, makes it a super convenient stay!

the breakfast spread was amazin, loved the roof top dinin with views of the mysore palace. staff were really helpful and friendly, made us feel welcomed. our room was quite spacious and clean, so comfy. the management organized special events like the gala dinner which was a nice touch. overall, we had a great time here!

This place suits me perfectly! I love the outdoor pool, 24-hour reception, and the free wi-fi. The staff helped me with travel tips during my first stay, which I still remember. I recommend trying the spa for relaxation. I'm coming back for a weekend!
