As party people, we loved the lively atmosphere and entertainment options at Fortune JP Palace. The friendly staff made our stay truly memorable and their attention to detail was impressive.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased by the two complementary facts offered, including the shuttle service to local landmarks and the welcome drink. the location was also perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to many shops and restaurants. the rooftop bar and restaurant were a definite advantage as it offered beautiful views of the city while enjoying a lovely evening drink.

The bedsheets also had stains, and there was a musty smell in the room, even after turning on the air conditioning.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being central and very close to the palace. It was also conveniently near to all the tourist places and city attractions. The rooms were comfortable with clean bathrooms and the service provided was efficient and courteous. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The hotel had a rooftop restaurant and a Chinese restaurant, both offering tasty food and quick service. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Excellent rooftop restaurant and bar! The rooftop ambiance is relaxing and the hi tea is awesome. Mr. Anil, the manager, is very helpful and provides great service. The cocktails at Neptune bar are super delicious. The hotel staff, including Manager Pattanaik and the entire rooftop restaurant team, provide good hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our every need. the service was impeccable, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, with a lovely jacuzzi and sauna area. the Spa center offered a variety of massages, including full body, foot, and head massages. the restaurant was fantastic, offering a delicious breakfast buffet and tasty snacks at the snack bar.

The only minor issue we experienced was the temperature in our room. Despite our attempts, we were unable to adjust it to our liking and found it a bit cold.

The hotel is in a prime location and offers an excellent view of the Chamundi hills. The delicious breakfast and top-notch room service make for a pleasant stay. The hotel shop has a good selection and reasonable prices.
