The location of Ibis is unbeatable - right next to the train station, making it easy to explore Leiden. We loved the stunning view from our room and the convenient coffee station. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. we would recommend this hotel.

Great value for money, modern and clean room with a larger than expected walk-in shower. The hotel's location was fantastic, being right next to the train station and within walking distance of the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The only positive aspect was the location, which was good. the hotel was conveniently located and easily accessible. there were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately, we did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that.

The room size was incredibly small, definitely not suitable for a family. It felt more like a room for a single person.

The best part of my stay was the convenient location. Just a short walk from the train station and with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, I couldn't have asked for a better spot to explore the city. the staff were also friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

The worst aspect of my stay was the cleanliness of the rooms. the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and it seemed like the bed sheets were not changed regularly.

Had a great stay at Ibis in Leiden! Ideal location near the train station, clean hotel with excellent staff. Comfortable room with all necessary amenities. No gym or fridge, but staff happily stored items needing refrigeration. Would definitely stay again!

ibis leiden centre definitely exceeded my expectations during this overnight stay. the location was perfect, with easy access to the train station and city centre. the beds were incredibly comfortable and the linen was top-notch. having two supermarkets within the block was a huge convenience. the staff was friendly and accommodating, granting us an early check-in request.

The location of this hotel is very convenient being a short walk from the train and bus stations. The room was functional and quiet with a good-sized shower and comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are several restaurants nearby and a supermarket next door.

The location is perfect for a night out, very close to all the sights and right opposite the central station. The rooms are clean and comfortable which makes it easy to relax after a long day. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the Wi-Fi is excellent.

Stayed in the hotel for a city break and had a great time. the hotel provided complimentary tea making facilities in the room which was a nice surprise. the room had fantastic views over the city which added to the experience. the location of the hotel was perfect - a few minutes walk from the train and bus station, and a short walk to the city center. Would definitely recommend staying here for a trip to this lovely city.

Although the room was relatively comfortable, it was a bit more expensive than it was worth. the housekeeping could have been better as we noticed that the room was not cleaned thoroughly, especially the bathroom.
