The imaginative architecture that evokes Kerala in its wooden beams and thatched rooftops is simply mesmerizing. Sitting on the swing bed outdoors, I felt like I had been transported to a fairytale land, where time stood still and relaxation was the only agenda.

The room was nice & huge, spic & span with a nice sit out, a small plunge pool, an open air bath tub & a swing bed. the property was massive with an outdoor shower and an indoor shower.

The facilities require lot of maintenance as they are not up to the mark of a star category resort.

amazing cleanliness - perfect location near anjesha - sharathraj - glawice - sajith - namitha. loved the local insights. special mention to the phenomenal service by gopika at the reception - supari - prabhakar, and pramod at checkout.

From the warm welcome to the lovely villa accommodation, our stay was truly jaw-dropping. the hospitality, complimentary tea, snacks, fruit basket, and banana chips added a super touch. the friendly restaurant staff and caring receptionist enhanced our experience. the property's beauty, with river and beach charm, was mind-blowing. the breakfast was EXCELLENT, and the food overall was good. Special mentions to the F&B team, spa services, and General Manager for their excellent service. the location, activities like kayaking, and proximity to shops and eateries made our stay super convenient. Can't wait to recommend to friends and visit again soon!

the hospitality, property, and facilities were all top-notch. the staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the rooms were beautifully laid out, and we even got upgraded to a premium villa with a pool and a stunning view of the backwaters. the resort had a range of activities to keep us entertained, and my son especially enjoyed the crèche with its variety of toys. the beach was well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of dishes. One highlight of our stay was celebrating my wife's birthday with a delicious cake at midnight and returning to a room decorated with flowers and balloons.

Spent Xmas with family last year at a property in Kerala. the beach was very clean and much more private than expected. Breakfast had a lot of variety, and the staff was courteous.

Our room was not up to the mark. Housekeeping was poor and we had to ask for basic amenities multiple times.

The hotel is top-notch, great service & friendly staff, lovely rooms and amazing dining options by the water. Spa treatment was so relaxing, and the beach access was perfect chill spot. 🌊 Had a bit of trouble reaching them by phone initially, breakfast was meh, and had some minor issues in the bathroom. the stay was fantastic, and would definitely go back!

The staff at this secluded resort were amazing, greeting us with a shell garland and teeka on arrival. Our deluxe villa with plunge pool was perfect, and we were pleasantly surprised with a cake and balloons in our room. The property is huge and offers kayaking and beach access. The Taj experience never disappoints, and we left feeling rejuvenated from our blissful stay.

This hotel is simply incredible! the luxurious amenities and exclusive spa treatments were just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. the infinity pool overlooking the backwaters and beach was stunning. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing complimentary Chai/Coffee in the afternoons and organizing a free morning yoga session. the three restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the breakfast buffet was a big hit.

the prices for the off-site restaurant were a bit expensive;

our recent stay at bek al town was extraordinary. taj bekal resort & spa, kerala went above and beyond for our celebrating birthday. the warm welcome, beautiful room with private pool, and delicious food made our stay unforgettable. the moonlight rafting and cycling tour to bekal fort were incredible adventures. the staff, especially gopika, supari, prabhakar, pramod. the culture of warmth at this hotel is commendable.
