I stayed here for a two-night business trip and was thoroughly impressed. the location is fantastic, making it easy to access my meetings. the room was comfortable, featuring a recently refurbished bathroom that sparkled. I loved the keyless entry, which made my late arrival a breeze, and the friendly staff truly went above and beyond, even returning lost items to me at no extra charge. Additionally, the on-site restaurant provided delightful food, adding to the overall experience.

we had a decent stay at the apartment, which offered a good location for accessing the nearby private hospital. the staff were friendly, and we appreciated the convenience of on-site parking, although the space was a bit tight for larger vehicles like ours. the apartment itself felt spacious enough, and we enjoyed the pleasant views from the front; however, we had a minor hiccup with our initial room allocation, but the staff quickly resolved it.

I stayed here after my surgery and needed a chill spot. the location was great—just a walk to cute shops and parks. the view from my room was nice too. the early check-in was helpful for my recovery. But really, why no phone in the room? And the carpet? Let’s just say it could’ve used a good scrub. On the plus side, I got to explore for late-night snacks, but my husband now thinks I’m a snack ninja!

The room was very dirty with mould on the air conditioner and pillowcases. Parking setup is tight and we got a tow warning despite registering at check-in.

It was nice to be near Queen Elizabeth Mall. the bathroom was recently renovated and modern, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We enjoyed a good breakfast in the downstairs café as well.

I just had a stay at Madison Tower Mill, and there's a lot to chat about. Let’s dive in! First off, the location is definitely a highlight. It’s conveniently close to the Central station, so getting around was super easy. Plus, I could walk to lots of different restaurants and cafes, which was a nice bonus. Now, onto the room. The ironing facilities were a bit of a letdown. I had a couple of shirts that needed a quick touch-up, but the iron left them looking rather wrinkled. the air conditioning was quite outdated. It struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature; I often found myself adjusting it multiple times. On a brighter note, I really appreciated having an electric kettle for tea and coffee. The welcome drink was a nice touch too! I did notice that the tea selection was a bit lacking—just a couple of basic options. Would’ve loved to see a few more flavors. The free Wi-Fi was, well, hardly usable. It was frustrating since it was the same unsecured network for the entire building, and my connection was super weak, especially when I wanted to work at the desk. I ended up going downstairs to find a spot with better reception, which was annoying. When it comes to the bathroom amenities, the free toiletries were nice—vegan soaps and shampoo, which I always appreciate. But the cleanliness left something to be desired. I noticed some leftover dirt and hair around, which definitely wasn’t pleasant. The shower? Yikes! It felt grimy, and I didn’t feel comfortable using it. I have to mention the room's aesthetic—the decor is dated and could use some love. There were marks on the walls, and I spotted a couple of cockroaches skurrying around, which really threw me off! I also found the carpet stained in several places, and the curtains looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while, with handprints splotched all over them. On the brighter side, I enjoyed using the flat-screen TV, even if the channels were limited and I kept getting static. The room did have an am/fm alarm clock, which I ended up using to wake up. And the heating system was also pretty loud; I woke up a few times during the night because of it. Outdoor-wise, there wasn’t much in terms of garden furniture to enjoy a cup of coffee outside. I would have loved a little patio area to sit and unwind. All said, Madison Tower Mill has a great location, and some aspects shone through like the friendly staff and decent food in the restaurant, but the room definitely needs a serious revamp and a good cleaning. If they could tackle these issues, it would make for a much better stay!
