Excellent location and outstanding service the location of the property up a hill, away from the town, was amazing, offering an arboretum feel with labeled trees and wildlife sightings. the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Aswathy and Sona at the front desk, made our stay memorable. the variety and quality of food served at the restaurant, along with prompt laundry service, were highlights of our experience. Improvements could be made in terms of room cleanliness and speed of check-in/check-out process.

Convenient location, outstanding facilities in the middle of town, well-trained and courteous staff, good food with a decent spread, heated pools in private villas. Recycling and tree preservation emphasized. Warm and welcoming manager. Impressive tree and wildlife sightings. Satisfied overall, would recommend for stay in the area.

Absolutely loved everything about this resort! The staff were incredibly courteous and welcoming, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The location, nestled in the heart of the jungle, provided a tranquil and serene stay. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff were helpful. The treehouse experience was unforgettable, with stunning views and a romantic dinner setting. The facilities, including the swimming pool, were excellent.

The resort staff at Greenwoods went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. From the warm welcome with jasmine garlands to the prompt and polite service throughout, the hospitality was exceptional. The resort offers a variety of activities, including saree and dhothi demonstrations, cultural feasts in the evening, and a mini gym. The tree house cafe was a highlight, although I would have loved to experience the tree house itself. The resort is well-maintained, with tidy rooms and beautiful gardens. Despite being located in the center of town, the property still manages to have a private feel with lush landscaping. I highly recommend Greenwoods Resort for its superb amenities, great location, delicious food, and wonderful staff.

We recently stayed at a 5-star hotel in an amazing location. From the moment we arrived, we felt exclusive. the hotel staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. the room was spacious and modern with exclusive amenities such as a private balcony, luxurious toiletries, and comfortable bedding. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight of our stay. the garden area was beautiful and well-kept, providing a peaceful retreat.

We only experienced one minor issue at the hotel. the location was slightly far from some of the nearby attractions, but the hotel made up for it with a complimentary shuttle service.

The rooms were well sized and clean, with spacious bathrooms. the buffet breakfast had a great variety of options and was enjoyable. the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The hotel doesn't offer alcohol, which was unexpected and inconvenient. the location is a bit far from the main attractions and requires additional transportation.
