My room was very spacious and clean. The amenities were great, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. I loved being able to access Alseef Mall so easily. The staff was courteous and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Great value for money! The location was perfect as it was directly connected to the Seef Mall. The staff were friendly, and the basic amenities were provided. The rooms had beautiful big comfy beds which my kids loved. Also, I appreciated the complimentary bottle of water.

All was ok, nothing to improve.

This hotel is centrally located with excellent car parking and direct access to a shopping center. The gym, sauna, and lap pool are well-equipped, and the room itself is spacious with great Wi-Fi and a comfortable work setup.

The hotel is perfectly situated within the AlSeef Mall with a fantastic view of the Marina. The location is great and very central to the city center. We also found that the hotel is in very close proximity to the mall where you can find plenty of shopping and dining options.

The room amenities were not up to our expectations, with only two towels and one robe for three people. We had to request additional amenities which took a long time to arrive.

We stayed at this hotel and we were pleased with the luxurious amenities provided in our room. the service was exceptional and the Spa & wellness centre was perfect for relaxation. the indoor swimming pool was well-maintained and we enjoyed the sauna and Jacuzzi. the massage and beauty treatment were a great addition and the steam room was invigorating. We loved the heated swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

The only minor issue we found was that the restaurant didn't meet our expectations for in-room breakfast. Although the Poolside snack bar was okay, the bar and lounge area didn't provide enough varieties of snacks.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location is perfect because it is directly connected to the mall. The staff, from the doorman to room service, were extremely helpful and accommodating. The amenities provided, such as the indoor swimming pool and spa & wellness centre, were top-notch and well-maintained. I especially loved the sun terrace and heated swimming pool.
