The staff at Movenpick Hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When I discovered that my room didn't have a view, they quickly changed it for me without any fuss. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to transportation. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a modern interior design. I especially appreciated the digital do not disturb/please clean system, which ensured that my room was promptly cleaned when needed. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would recommend this hotel for its great central location and friendly staff.

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were great. The comfy beds and beautiful shower and bath were some of the best aspects of our stay. we appreciated the two complementary facts offered during our experience.

The view from our room wasn't spectacular, which was a disappointment considering the high price we paid for the room. The TV blocked the view and the frosting in the bathroom should be removed to take advantage of it.

Great location, close to the waterfront and shops/restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms had beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and modern amenities. Convenient Chromecast feature for entertainment. Enjoyed dining at the in-house restaurant.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was central to the Harbour area, salamanca market, and everything I wanted to do in this city. The staff provided top-notch service, from the moment I walked in until the moment I checked out. They were friendly, informative, and always there to assist me. The room itself was lovely, with comfortable beds and high-quality linen. I especially loved the pillows, they were so comfortable. The bathroom was extremely clean, and the shower was incredible. The TV in the room worked perfectly and had a personalized touch with my name on it. The amenities in the room, such as the Bluetooth speaker and wireless phone charger, added a cool and modern touch to my stay. everything about this place was incredible!

This hotel is in a great location, close to everything and just a short walk down to Salamanca market. The rooms are quiet and the check-in and check-out process is easy. The amenities are excellent, and the restaurant downstairs is good. The staff is friendly and efficient, with one particular staff member named Jane at check-in being very efficient. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options to choose from.

It would be thoughtful to offer alternative options or suggestions for those with dietary restrictions.
