The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, providing everything you need for a pleasant stay. the hotel offers a delicious buffet breakfast, ensuring a great start to your day.

One small downside is that the mirror in the bathroom is positioned in an awkward spot near the sink, making it a bit difficult to get close enough for applying makeup.

It also offers a nice breakfast and comfy bed, and some guests liked the option to decline room service in exchange for vouchers. Unfortunately, other guests found the rooms small and inadequate, with no hand towels or toiletries provided. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, but no one from the hotel seemed to respond, and the breakfast room was often too crowded.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days and I loved it! The location was amazing - right in the heart of the city and close to everything. I was able to easily explore all the nearby attractions thanks to the tram lines that were accessible from here. The service was top-notch - the staff were super friendly and attentive, and they kept my room spotlessly clean every day. I appreciated the little extras like the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance. it was a fantastic stay.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, being smack bang in the middle of the city. It was central enough for what I wanted to do and was close to restaurants and in a central area. The service here was excellent, with staff always helpful and accommodating. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The staff at this place were exceptional and very friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

It's so convenient to have all these options just a short walk away. The room was very neat and tidy, and the staff were really attending and helpful. They were great at check-in and made the process fast and friendly. The facilities here are top-notch, with a fantastic bar/lounge area and a restaurant that serves delicious meals. The staff also helped me with getting breakfast, as I'm on crutches, and they held my plate and walked around with me. the service here is exceptional and made my stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast at the hotel had a great variety with delicious croissants and excellent coffee. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the CBD, making it convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping centers. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing exceptional service.

The scrambled eggs were undercooked and the frittata was spongy and not tasty. It would have been better if the eggs were cooked to order rather than sitting undercooked and unappetizing.

I recently stayed at Ibis in Melbourne on a mother/daughter shopping weekend. The hotel was modern, clean, and had great amenities. The breakfast was high quality and the food and drink options were excellent. The room felt modern and we loved being able to use Chromecast to cast our devices onto the TV screen. The location was amazing, close to everything yet very quiet. a fantastic stay with everything just like the pictures.

The hotel's location in the heart of Melbourne CBD was incredibly convenient for solo travelers like myself. With Melbourne Central Station and trams on Swanston Street just a 5-10 minute walk away, it made exploring the city a breeze. The comfortable bed and spacious room were also highlights of my stay. The affordable parking and additional perks such as the complimentary birthday drinks and delicious buffet breakfast for $20 per person were the icing on the cake.

This hotel is located in the central business district which makes it ideal for visiting all nearby attractions, with tram lines nearby including the City Circle tourist tram. Our room had amazing views and was equipped with all the basic amenities we needed. The staff were exceptional, providing two single beds instead of the queen room that I booked, and the breakfast was delicious.

Spent my Easter long weekend at this hotel and it was amazing. Loved the complimentary breakfast and the fact they converted our room to a twin in no time. The hotel's location was awesome with easy access to public transportation and all the sights. The beds were super comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The fire alarm that went off early in the morning and the warning alarm was pretty quiet. It caused a bit of confusion and stress for us.
