Absolutely awesome hosts, friendly staff, comfortable room, great breakfast, convenient location.

Nothing not to love.

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a Smart TV with Netflix. We loved the excellent breakfast with a beautiful plate of fresh fruit, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, close to shops, pubs, and restaurants.

Can't fault anything about it.

This hotel is perfectly located right in the centre, close to the river meadows. You can even enjoy live traditional music at the Crown Hotel, just across the street. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Breakfast is delicious and will keep you satisfied for most of the day. You can also enjoy beautiful views of the ancient burial site.

The room could use more power points for charging devices.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a 4-star hotel in a beautiful location. This place was very nice and provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The room was immaculate and although small, it was designed to maximize the space. The bed was also very comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. I really enjoyed the Smart TV with Netflix, which was a welcome addition to the room. The hotel building itself was absolutely beautiful, and its location right on the main drag made it easy to explore the area. I managed to park right outside, which was convenient. The large bedroom with a four-poster bed overlooking the road was perfect for me. Despite the location, there was no noise disturbance, ensuring a peaceful stay. The bathroom was good, and the garden was beautiful; I particularly enjoyed spending some time there in the evening sunshine before heading to the lounge for some cards. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they even recommended an excellent whisky for me to try. The cooked breakfast in the morning was delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I found it slightly disconcerting that I had to pre-order my breakfast the night before. However, despite this minor inconvenience, I had the best full Scottish breakfast I've had in a long time.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the meadows, river, and mountains. The hotel also had a charming garden area where they served fresh, homemade snacks. The staff went above and beyond to resolve a problem with my motorbike, saving me time and money. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel.

We had an absolutely fantastic 2-night stay at Callander Meadows. the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. They even managed to find someone to fix a problem with our motorbike, saving us a lot of time and money. the breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options. the husband and wife team made us feel like part of the family, and the 5-course tasting menu prepared by Nick, a skilled chef, was a delightful experience.

Everything exceeded our expectations and met all our needs. 👍

It was dirty and the furniture was old and bulky. the beds were uncomfortable and the noise from the street and the busy house kept us awake at night.

The service was spot on and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even arranged an early breakfast for us. The room amenities were great with ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and a comfortable sitting area. The food at the restaurant was exceptional, high quality from lunch to dinner and breakfast. The staff were perfect, always helpful and even washed and dried our clothes. The hotel also had leisure facilities and live entertainment, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The garden area was lovely, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The on-site car park was convenient and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming B&B. The warm welcome from Nick made us feel right at home. Despite arriving early, we were able to check in and Nick provided us with great local tips. The lounge area was lovely, and we were delighted to find that the hotel is dog-friendly. The centrally located hotel had a clean room with a comfortable bed and a good shower. The evening meal was excellent and the breakfast had a wide selection. Special mention to the attentive Susannah and the friendly resident dog. great value for money!
