Great location! The hotel was centrally located and close to all the amenities we needed. We were just a short walk away from dining, bars, and shops. The spacious room had a nice big balcony area, which was a bonus. Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities including a pool, outdoor space with BBQ, gym, and sauna.

One major downside was the unpleasant smell in the hallway. It was putrid and absolutely foul.

We were pleasantly surprised by the fully equipped kitchen in our suite at Oaks. It made cooking meals during our stay so convenient. The spacious living area and big balcony with a city view were also fantastic. We loved being in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from all the shopping and amenities. The Brisbane Botanical Gardens were nearby, providing a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle. The accommodating service from Oaks made our stay even better. Despite the drawbacks mentioned in the database reviews, we still had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. we will definitely recommend this hotel.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the spacious executive 2 bedroom apartment on the 39th floor, offering breathtaking river views. The complimentary upgrade was a pleasant surprise. The hotel staff made my husband's birthday extra special with a lovely card, balloon, and a bottle of wine. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city mall and great cafes and restaurants right below. The apartment was well-equipped with a cot and washing machine, which was a huge plus when traveling with a baby.

The pool was fantastic. Great staff. Spacious room. Superb location. Central to shops, food, and casino. 5-10 minute drive to Fortitude Valley. Friendly and accommodating receptionist.

Everything was fantastic.

Here, I found a well-located hotel with a range of convenient amenities that offered me an enjoyable stay. The staff members' manner of dealing with guests were commendable, they quickly respond to the requests I made, such as when I wanted a room relocation or extra towels. The room was equipped with an ironing board and tea/coffee facilities, while the kitchenette was fully stocked with cookware and utensils. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room at a pleasant temperature. Additionally, I appreciated the laundry, spa & wellness centre, and swimming pools.

This place is recommended for families, except their kids may find the beds rather uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is close to a variety of restaurants where you can grab a bite to eat. The hotel is also conveniently located near the centre of the city, making it easy to access all the attractions. Additionally, being extremely close to the river provides a beautiful view and the opportunity for scenic walks. Another benefit is that it is easy to catch buses from this location.

The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired.

We spent our Xmas vacations in a hotel that offered us two free drinks and a complimentary breakfast. The hotel was located in the heart of the city which made it easy to walk to places, shop and eat. We also enjoyed the open-air balcony.

The couch in the lounge was uncomfortable which made it difficult to watch TV. We had to use a kitchen chair instead.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. It is also within walking distance of the river, botanic gardens, and South Bank. The staff at the car hire next door, like Brady, were welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and had all the necessary facilities, while the bathroom was well-maintained. The view from the sunroom was spectacular, allowing guests to enjoy stunning views of the city.

Some aspects of the public areas, like the gym, need attention and maintenance.
