the staff promptly resolved an issue with the hot plate. the location was fantastic with easy tram access. the pool area was clean and inviting. Comfortable bed and well-equipped room. Would return for sure!

Enjoy the convenience of being minutes from all the fun in Surfers Paradise. My stylish apartment had all I needed. The beautiful outdoor pool area was a great spot to relax. Cons: I loved trying to sleep while my neighbor held a 24/7 TV concert next door. Hilarious! .

The free secure underground car parking was a huge plus. The sauna was a great feature, and the pool area was clean and inviting. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Convenient location with river view, close to the beach and restaurants. Good noise blocking for peaceful sleep. Awesome facilities including washer, dryer, dishwasher, and Netflix. Enjoyed the swimming pool, spa, and secured car parking. Affordable and near public transport with easy access to theme parks.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with the beach just a short walk away and a tram stop right outside. It was so convenient to hop on the tram and explore the Gold Coast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were also friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Had a city break for 4 days. There were two complementary drinks offered upon arrival, which was nice. the location was strategic, close to the main attractions and public transportation. the view from the room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable.

The overall cleanliness of the room wasn't great, the bathroom had mold and the carpet was dirty. the noise from the street was extremely loud and kept us up all night.
