the resort is spotless - located a quick stroll away from a seriously delicious restaurant and close to the beach. we got a complimentary upgrade to a nicer room! the pool service was fantastic, and they even brought us pina coladas in pineapples.

we had the penthouse suite at peppers, very spacious and relaxing with a balcony and bbq. the pool was excellent, well-maintained daily. just a 2-minute walk to the beach and plenty of dining options nearby, which was convenient for us as a couple. parking available and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Fantastic location in town, walking distance to all amenities. Beach just a minute away. Room cleaned daily, spacious with large balcony and spa bath. Lagoon pool not crowded, always deck chairs available. Sublime restaurant delivers food right to your poolside deckchair. Highly recommended!

My room had a view of the pool where I enjoyed listening to live music from the balcony and luxuriated in a spa bath afterwards. the hotel's location made it easy to stroll to the beach, shops, and eateries. the comfortable bed and modern, clean room made for a pleasant stay. I appreciated being able to stock the fridge with breakfast items and dine out in the evenings. the staff's friendly service and willingness to address issues promptly left a positive impression.

The hotel's location is perfect, as it is very close to everything that Port Douglas has to offer. It is right beside the stunning 4 mile beach, allowing guests to easily access the beautiful shoreline. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located to the main shopping village, making it easy for guests to explore and shop.

The breakfast served was a nice way to start the day and the pool area was really beautiful. the location was great, with plenty of options for shopping and eating within walking distance. Plus, the room had a nice balcony where I could sit and relax.

The staff weren't very helpful. When I asked for a quick dinner, they said they were fully booked and could only offer me a table in the pool area.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received at the resort. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable stay. The resort's pool was absolutely amazing, with a sandy 'beach' area and bar service. The food at the on-site restaurant was excellent, and the service from Simon, our waiter, was attentive and informative. Despite facing the road, my room was peaceful and ensured a good night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

My stay was mind-blowing! Location was jaw-dropping, just 5 mins to town and beach. Super spacious room, comfy bed, amazing pool! Staff were incredibly helpful and LOVELY, and the food and drinks were fantastic. Can't wait to come back!

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. On arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with an early check, in and upgraded room. the luxurious amenities available, such as the outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, and leafy garden area, were outstanding. the service was top, notch, and the staff was more than friendly and accommodating.

The only minor issue I experienced was the limited breakfast options, which were not the standard buffet, style I expected. the in, room breakfast was still delightful, and the other facilities and services compensated for this minor inconvenience.

As women traveling alone, we loved the convenient location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The swimming pool area was spacious and enjoyable even when crowded. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel comfortable and well-taken care of.

Felt privileged, no reason to complain.
