We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the Opera House and overlooking Sydney Harbour and the Harbour Bridge. The surrounding area was full of life with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes just steps away. The hotel also provided easy access to transportation, with Circular Quay station nearby. Our room was super clean and spacious, with a balcony, separate bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The in-room washer/dryer was a convenient feature. The staff were all fabulous and the breakfast was good too. We couldn't have asked for a better location or more comfortable accommodations!

The room felt more like an apartment than a hotel room, with a great kitchen and laundry facilities. the view from the balcony was absolutely sensational, with ferries coming in and out of the harbor and a stunning night view of the boats and harbor bridge. the location was incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurant choices right outside the hotel and easy access to ferry terminals.

The bed was not very comfortable, with the whole bed moving every time one of us moved. the attention to detail in the room was lacking, with missing items like the lid for the coffee machine frother and the salt in the room service salt shaker.

We couldn't have asked for a better location in this city. The hotel is right on the harbour with an amazing view of the Harbour Bridge. We were able to easily access Circular Quay ferries, trains, trams, and taxis. Plus, the iconic Opera House, Botanic Gardens, and art galleries were all right on our doorstep. It was truly convenient for exploring everything this city has to offer. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities, including the indoor pool, spa bath, and sauna. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There was nothing we didn't like.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, we got a heck of a deal. The room was just fantastic, with breathtaking views of the harbour and that iconic bridge. Plus, the location was killer, making it easy peasy to explore the city. Oh, and the staff? Super friendly and helpful, couldn't ask for better!

Now, the breakfast was mostly yummy, but if I had to nitpick, I'd say they could step up their game when it comes to catering to kiddos. My little ones just wanted some plain pancakes, you know?
