The database provided was extremely useful and user-friendly, making it easy to find and access needed information. the room was impressively clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of exploring.

One minor drawback was the slightly cramped space when the 3rd bed was set up in the room. this would only be an issue if traveling with 2 children, otherwise, the room would be perfect.

I had a very agreeable stay at this hotel. The location was great, so close to the centre of town and everything was within easy reach. The rooms were updated and nicely furnished, and the bed surprised me with its firm memory foam mattress that provided comfort without creating pressure points. The bathroom had a hot shower with wonderful pressure, and there were plenty of outlets in the room. The breakfast was good, and I found the clock with USB chargers to be quite convenient.

The walls were a little thin and noise from neighboring rooms could be heard easily.

Had a great stay in Albury, lovely room and friendly staff. the swimming pool was a highlight! Would DEFINITELY stay again. It looks even better in person!

The complimentary toiletries were great, and the fruit basket in the room was a nice touch. the hotel was in a prime spot close to plenty of restaurants and shops. Our room even had a balcony with a lovely view of the city.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. the room was also in dire need of renovation, with stained carpets and a dingy bathroom.

The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city. I was able to easily explore the shops, cafes, and restaurants, without having to go far. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. After a long day of exploring, it was the perfect place to relax and get a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the variety of amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The location is ideal, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are comfortable.

i recently stayed at a hotel in albury and had a fantastic experience. the lobby, bar/restaurant, and public areas were all exceptionally clean. the king size room was comfortable and the facilities, including aircon, tv, and wi-fi, worked perfectly. the staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming. the restaurant had a sophisticated menu with generous servings and the chef really knew her food. i also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who even asked if i needed fresh milk. overall, i was very impressed with my stay at mercure.
