There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to everything and near the newly developed harbour precinct. The room was spacious with plenty of space for suitcases and had a two-seater table. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was satisfactory and there were extra blankets and pillows available in the cupboard. The view from the room was pleasant, overlooking the Swan River.

The customer service at the hotel was lacking, with some staff members being rude and unwelcoming.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a helpful attitude. They were always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations for local attractions. I felt well taken care of by the attentive and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Perth.

The view from my 8th-floor room was stunning, and the staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful. The room itself was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location, just opposite Elizabeth Quays and close to Northbridge, provided easy access to various food options. I appreciated that there was an option to sit inside or outside, which made for a very relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel was in close proximity to where I attended a wedding, making it extremely convenient.

Room had multiple issues including broken drawer, unstable shower rail, and non-functional phone. No shampoo or conditioner provided in the bathroom.

As guests with disabilities, we were pleased with the accessible room on the 7th floor. The room was spacious and had a comfortable king bed. The bathroom was large and easy to navigate. The view over the carpark was unexpectedly nice, with a view of a church between the buildings. The breakfast at the cafe was good and the staff were helpful.
