The room I stayed in during my business trip was clean and tidy with comfortable beds. the bathroom was spacious and overall amenities were of good quality. the convenient location near the city and close to public transportation made it easy to get around. Additionally, the free internet provided was a great advantage.

I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the corridors and lift, which made a poor first impression. the design of the room had some impractical aspects, such as insufficient hanging space and a bathroom layout that was not user-friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary 11 am check-out, which allowed us to relax before our afternoon flight.

It is also conveniently located very close to a tram stop and the main shops on Glenferrie Road near the train station. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a kitchenette area, minibar, balcony, and a good TV. The staff is helpful and accommodating, and there is secure parking available.
