The hotel is situated in a convenient location near all St Kilda has to offer. It is on the tram line into the city, making it easy to explore St Kilda and the city. it is not too far from the buzz of St Kilda, with a tram stop just down the road. The apartments have tidy rooms with functional amenities like a compact kitchen and a reasonable size fridge.

The pool area could be unpleasant due to disruptive guests not being managed properly.

The hotel is located in a quiet street, making it a peaceful place to stay. It is also conveniently within walking distance to the beach, allowing for easy access to enjoy the beautiful coastal area. Additionally, it is close to all the attractions that we wanted to explore during our stay.

Some aspects of the hotel, such as the cleanliness and maintenance, were not up to par. The rooms appeared to be old and not properly cleaned, with issues like dirty bathroom fans, worn-off oven knobs, and a lack of thorough vacuuming.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and everything we needed was provided, including a reasonably priced vending machine and old-school DVDs for hire. The staff constantly checked if there was anything they could do for us, which is rare to find these days. Hats off to the management!

We loved the convenient location, being able to walk to Albert Park and easily access public transportation from Spence railway station. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The presence of a washing machine in our room was a bonus, allowing us to take care of our laundry during our stay. quest exceeded my expectations during my recent stay in melbourne. the location was perfect - close to transport, shops, and the beach. the room had all the necessary amenities, including a great washer and dryer, good kitchen facilities, and a comfortable bed. the staff were wonderful and the hotel was clean and well-maintained.
