my recent stay in porto was amazing, but staying at this hotel really exceeded my expectations. the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and quiet, and its proximity to the mall, airport, and metro station made it very convenient for exploring the city.

breakfast disappointment

Exceptional: I had made a reservation for Moov Hotel Porto Norte 10 days in advance, but when I arrived, I was told that my reservation had been canceled. However, a kind German gentleman offered me his room, saving me from a stressful situation. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff was friendly.

Some improvements and repairs are needed in the hotel. The cleaning after previous guests could be better.

The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to multiple metro stations and the city's largest shopping center. The service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff available 24/7. The hotel is quite new, and everything was in perfect condition. The rooms were spotless and the shower surprisingly spacious. The continental breakfast buffet was also excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh orange juice. I had a great experience at the Moov Hotel and highly recommend it.
