We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. They quickly brought an iron to our room and promptly offered us a new room when our door didn't close properly. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were well maintained. We also appreciated the ample parking available. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation options such as the tram into the city. we were pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I had the amazing opportunity to hold a business meeting on the hotel's beautiful greens, surrounded by stunning Bordeaux scenery. The international cuisine served at Le Bistrot 14 was delicious, especially when enjoyed on the terrace during summer. The meeting rooms on the ground floor were very convenient.

Oh, I just loved seeing plates and coffee cups from previous hours still dirty on 96% of the tables during Saturday morning breakfast. Such a unique experience!

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the clean and comfortable rooms, as well as the friendly staff. The upgrade was a nice surprise, and the amenities for ironing clothes came in handy. The air-conditioning and sound insulation were great, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, with a nice bath/shower combo. The breakfast had decent choices and fresh meats, cheeses, and fruit. Parking was convenient, and the free mini bar was a pleasant surprise.

Spent my Xmas holiday in a great hotel located near a tram station and a mall. The hotel was very clean and generally quiet. The two receptionists were excellent and the restaurant had delicious food. , I loved the fact that the room had a comfortable bed and a mini-fridge that kept my drinks cool.

Sometimes it was difficult to find the hotel as there were no clear signposts leading to it. the restaurant was barely open on weekends which made our stay a bit dry and dull.
