The room was wide and clean, the lobby was inviting, and the restaurant and bar looked good. The hotel had a parking lot and easy access to main routes. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Melissa, who was able to rebook my room without any issues. The cleaning staff went above and beyond, even washing my personal plates and cutlery. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Great for overnight stays or longer trips. The park opposite the hotel was a plus for families with children.

This hotel is in a great location, with convenient access to the airport and everything in-and-around the area. There's an average bistro on-site, and taxis are available directly outside the front door. The tram station is also just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The bathroom is functional, and the service is decent. The breakfast is satisfactory, and there's a good coffee machine in-room.

The air conditioning in the second room isn't very effective, which could be uncomfortable in hot weather.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is perfect as we were able to walk to many great shops, cafes, and beautiful parklands just opposite the venue. The staff here were always helpful and available for service. They assisted us with our requests despite only having two staff members at the time of our stay. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and coffee/tea making facilities. We especially loved the welcome drink we received upon arrival.
