The lady at the front desk was helpful and friendly. the location was great, allowing us to easily explore the nearby museum and enjoy the scenic mountain roads. Additionally, there were rocking chairs outside the rooms for a pleasant view of the sunset and sunrise.

Our room was uncomfortable due to the broken thermostat, which made it either too hot or too cold. the bathroom was not clean and had water stains on the ceiling.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with no complaints. Extra pillows and towels provided. Convenient location to the event. Excellent breakfast and hot coffee available all day. Pool lift for handicapped guests. Accommodating to special requests, such as milk for late-night cravings. Would definitely stay here again

I had a pleasant stay at Best Western in Maggie Valley. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet since it was located at the back of the motel. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast offered a great selection of food. I would recommend this hotel for a visit to GSMNP.
