There have been isolated incidents of cleanliness issues, such as dirty blankets and sheets, which is disappointing.

Had a lovely Xmas spent in a location nestled right in the heart of all the action! the beach was just a stone's throw away. It was great to have a swimming pool nearby, perfect for a dip after spending time in the sun. the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service.

The walls had a few scuffs that could have benefited from an extra coat of paint, but it wasn't a deal-breaker for us.

The price was great for what we got - a beautiful apartment overlooking the river on the 15th floor. The attention to detail was impressive and the tiled floors added a touch of luxury. The staff were extremely helpful and the location, between broad beach and surfers, was perfect.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and there were no major issues.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The apartment I stayed in was the nicest I have ever experienced during my four years of travel. It had everything I could possibly think of and more, making it great value for money. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, as it was close to the center of Surfers' and just a stone's throw away from the tram station, making transportation extremely convenient. Additionally, being close to many restaurants allowed me to explore a variety of dining options.

The apartment was spacious with a balcony that wrapped around the outside. Good location, within walking distance to the strip, restaurants, and the beach.
