The room was amazing! Incredible view, spacious, and stocked with extra toiletries. Loved the bathtub and windows. Excellent valet parking. Room service and breakfast arrived promptly. High-class and comfortable atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel in the heart of the city offers an amazing location close to a wide range of restaurants and attractions. Guests can easily access the Convention Centre and Atelier Restaurant nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean, and feature wonderful amenities like luxurious toiletries. Staff offers an outstanding level of service that is both professional and cordial. The breakfast provided is delicious and diverse, and guests can enjoy stunning views over the cityscape. What's more, the hotel offers a lovely infinity pool and a well-stocked gift store.

The high price of valet parking which didn't deliver a satisfactory service.

I recently stayed at Sofitel and had a wonderful experience. Our stay was for our wedding anniversary and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The manager was extremely accommodating and the new room we were given exceeded our expectations. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we had the best sleep. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is superb. The receptionists and restaurant staff were friendly and polite, and the housekeepers were fast and efficient. The swimming pool and gym were also impressive and the little touches, like the bath salts and note for our anniversary, made us feel special. it was the best hotel experience I've had and I will definitely be recommending Sofitel to my friends. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the ICC where we were attending a show. There were plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars to choose from nearby in Darling Harbour. The staff were extremely attentive, providing exceptional service from the moment we arrived. The champagne bar offered delicious food and drinks with breathtaking views. The pool was absolutely lovely, with a heated outdoor pool that allowed us to relax and take a dip. Additionally, the check-out time at 11am gave us ample time to enjoy the morning without feeling rushed.

We had a fantastic stay at this venue right by the harbour. The location is perfect, with many attractions just a stone's throw away. What's more, the service staff here cannot do enough for you; they were very helpful and accommodating with every request. We were particularly impressed with the room amenities, which had everything we needed from ironing facilities to fluffy towels and free toiletries. The dining options were also great, with the restaurant and bar/lounge area offering special diet menus, in-room breakfast, and poolside snack bar options. We also loved the leisure facilities, including the rooftop infinity pool, heated swimming pool, and sun terrace with its stunning views.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The staff and service were excellent, and the room itself was nice. We loved the Champagne Bar and Atelier Restaurant, and the location at Darling Harbour was convenient. Our favorite hotel in this area. Highly recommended.

We loved the stunning views from the pool on level 4 and the breakfast room on level 35. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
