There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was prime for outdoor activities and exploring the local area. we really appreciated the convenience of having a shuttle service available 24/7.

Sadly, our experience was soured by the overpriced and lackluster accommodations. the room was cramped, outdated, and not at all what we were expecting based on the descriptions we read online.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with upscale amenities and comfortable bed linens. The presence of the farm-to-table restaurant on the premises was a treat, offering exceptional food. The staff, especially Brittany, was pleasant and helpful. The renovated Victorian mansion had a rustic elegance, with beautiful decor and peaceful ambiance.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short distance away from the bustling downtown area. We were able to easily reach all the restaurants, stores, and boat tour area within minutes. Additionally, the hotel offered a picturesque view of the bay, adding to the overall charm. the staff were friendly and professional, making check, in and check, out a breeze. the room we stayed in was a King Suite, which provided a separate seating and bedroom area. the comfortable couch and newer television were definite highlights. the bathroom was lovely, and the bath towels were soft and plush. I also appreciated the nice soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided.

One downside was that the standard rooms were a bit on the smaller side. Additionally, although the hotel was well, appointed and clean, it was a bit overpriced for the accommodations offered.

During our stay, we were impressed by the beautiful photos on all the walls and the hotel's convenient location, situated close to everything, just a stone's throw from the harbor. The room was immaculate, equipped with a mini fridge, a hairdryer, and an iron, not to mention the comfortable bed and useful two flat-screen TVs. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Finally, breakfast was delicious and taken in a comfortable space with exceptional attention to detail.

Some guests complained about the inconvenient location of the ice machine, which required staff assistance.

Our stay at this cozy inn was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Although the restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday, we found plenty of great dining options nearby. We loved the location, just a short walk to the docks for the Pictured Rocks tour. we highly recommend this inn.

My stay at the Roam Inn in Munising was amazing. The hospitality was outstanding, and Erin, the staff member, was very personable. The inn was clean and smelled divine. The restaurant on site was great, and the wall decor was interesting. The large area maps in the hallways made exploring the area easy. The room was appointed beautifully, with a comfortable bed and charming decor. The location was convenient, within walking distance to downtown and the docks for the Pictured Rocks tour. the Roam Inn provided excellent value for money and will definitely be my choice for future visits.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place! The exterior may be a bit unusual, but the interior is top-notch with wonderful decor and furnishings. The staff was extremely helpful and even escorted me to my room. The location is great, very close to the harbor and within reach of everything. The sitting area was cozy and the room amenities were fantastic. The soundproofed rooms allowed for a very peaceful night's sleep. The dining options were great too!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends without hesitation.

I recently traveled to Munising and stayed at a fantastic hotel. The staff at this inn were extremely accommodating and the rooms exceeded my expectations. The on-site restaurant and bar were gorgeous and surpassed any others in the area. The location of the hotel was perfect, near the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore and various hiking trails, cruises, and kayaking options. Without a doubt, this is the best place to stay in the area.
