the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and within easy reach of shopping and dining spots. the apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the heated pool, spa, and BBQ area were all well-maintained and provided great relaxation options. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. One time we had a minor issue, the manager replied promptly and came to assist us with any changes we needed. the level of hospitality was top-notch.

One minor improvement that could be made at this hotel is upgrading the mattresses. While they were adequate, a more comfortable sleeping experience would enhance the overall quality of the stay.

Our recent stay at Surfers Beach Holiday was fantastic. The three spacious bedrooms with king beds were perfect for our group. We loved having a washing machine and dryer in our apartment, and the furniture was comfortable for all of us to relax together. The management was extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I would highly recommend Surfers Beach Holiday for a great vacation experience.

We did notice that some areas of the apartment needed maintenance, such as leaking taps and broken blinds.

We spent New Year's at a hotel on the coast with a great location near all the bars and restaurants, as well as a beautiful beach. the apartments were quite spacious, and the pool was really nice. the staff were very pleasant and hospitable.

We didn't like the fact that the carpet in the rooms and on the stairs was quite dirty. the owners were not particularly welcoming and were rather condescending to the guests.
