The hotel's location was ideal, being very close to the train station and within walking distance to all the main attractions in Florence. The room was well-furnished and had a small balcony overlooking a garden. The staff at the hotel provided excellent service and were always accommodating. The breakfast, although not the best, was still satisfactory with a decent selection of sliced bread.

The included breakfast is a bonus, especially for a second coffee.

The breakfast, included in the room rate, was delicious and provided a great start to the day.

The room had a very strong and unpleasant room freshener that was hard to ignore. the toiletries were only replaced every two days, which was not ideal.

During our romantic escape, we had a delightful stay at this small boutique hotel. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated all our needs. the rooms were clean and spacious, with large windows that filled the room with natural light. the location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of major attractions. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread and the friendly service from the staff.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the rooms were starting to show signs of wear and tear, and could use some updates.
