The staff at Hotel La Ceiba were friendly and made an effort to communicate with us, even though they didn't speak English. They promptly fixed our broken airconditioning and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel had a lovely garden and pool area, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The convenient location made it easy for us to explore the town and visit Sumidero Canyon.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful garden at La Ceiba. The staff was accommodating, allowing us to check in early and arranging an airport transfer for us. The air conditioning was refreshingly cold. The hotel itself had a charming atmosphere, with its tasteful decorations and abundance of plants and flowers in the central courtyard. The staff was warm and friendly, helping us make the most of our short stay in the town. After a long day, we enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the restaurant was a delightful dining experience. The location of the hotel was convenient, with an easy walk to the main plaza and boat launch. we were impressed with the hotel's charm, helpful staff, and beautiful gardens.

We loved the beautiful luscious garden at the centre of the hotel. The rooms were clean and arranged along an arcade at the back of the garden. The pool was refreshing and surrounded by gorgeous trees. The hotel also provided information and arrangements for the boat tour through the canyon, which was convenient. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The location was great for local sightseeing and it had a peaceful atmosphere.

My stay at this hotel was incredible! The location was perfect, being just a short walk from the main square and set in a quiet street surrounded by beautiful lush tropical gardens. The staff provided excellent service, and I really appreciated their help with arranging my airport shuttle and tours. The outdoor swimming pool and spa centre were top-notch, and I loved lounging on the sun loungers while taking in the stunning garden area. The room amenities were also great, especially the air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the hot weather.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main square, making it easy to access the boats for the canyon tours. It is also a short distance from the airport in Tuxtla, which is convenient for travelers. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, allowing guests to immerse themselves in nature during their stay.
