We recently stayed at a romantic boutique resort in Chiang Mai and had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff at the front desk. We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to the royal deluxe rooms, which were absolutely stunning. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home. We also indulged in a spa treatment, which was beyond words. The level of service and comfort exceeded our expectations. The breakfast at the Time restaurant was delightful, especially when enjoyed on the balcony. This true 5-star hotel comes highly recommended and we can't wait to return!

The location of the hotel is great, as it is very near to Old Town and right by the Ping river. Guests can easily explore the area and enjoy the beautiful view. They also have a restaurant called Time, where you can have a delicious meal. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay for guests.

Some guests have commented that the check-out time could be a bit later.

I had a delightful stay at a charming boutique resort in Chiang Mai. The small size and quiet atmosphere of the hotel created a cozy and homey vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast spread was delicious with a variety of homemade options, and I enjoyed dining by the river. The room was spacious, quiet, and had thoughtful amenities. I also appreciated the hassle-free option to rent scooter bikes from the front office.

One thing that stood out during my stay was the attention to detail in the resort's design. However, the fake leaves and branches on the massive tree in the courtyard seemed a bit out of place.

The Christmas decorations were nice and the complimentary cookies and hot chocolate were appreciated. The hotel is in a good location, close to some attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and diverse.

The room was quite noisy due to loud guests and street noise. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too soft.

This hotel is a luxurious haven that fulfilled all of my exclusive needs. The staff provided an excellent service that made me feel welcome and pampered. The spa and wellness centre was the perfect escape, with a serene indoor swimming pool and a sun terrace overlooking a beautiful garden area. My room had exclusive amenities that made my stay even more enjoyable, and the in-room breakfast was delicious.

Despite all the positive aspects, I did experience one minor issue. There was some noise coming from the air conditioning system in my upgraded room.

The service and staff were impeccable. The grounds, quiet ambiance, and secluded corner of the city were priceless. It was one of the best breakfasts we have had in a long time. The small details really added up: Beautiful upkeep of the grounds, rooms, and spaces. The entire place smells of soft jasmine, even the towels. Nightly turn downs with little treasures to enjoy. The pool has shade, sun, and not overly chlorinated. Bikes, umbrellas, tours. They have it all. It is a wonderful peaceful escape for adults to enjoy quiet comfort. We will be visiting again without a doubt.

Felt very lucky, no reason to complain.
