I had a fantastic experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Troy! The value for money was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The location was also convenient for my needs.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was to have a wider variety of options for food in the morning.

The lobby was clean and the front desk staff was helpful. The rooms were updated and spotless, with a beautiful bathroom. The continuous fan in the old heating/cooling system provided pleasant white noise. The hot breakfast had plenty of choices.

The room had a strong odor upon entering. The room was too cold at 60F and the bathtub was slippery, causing a fall.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Troy for 5 nights while visiting family. The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly. They were able to check us in early and even provided a new room when the TV wasn't working properly. The beds were comfortable and the windows allowed for a nice view. The WiFi connection was reliable and the pool area was clean and inviting. we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The pool area had poor ventilation, resulting in a strong chlorine smell that caused discomfort. The TV in our room was not working initially, but the issue was resolved quickly.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff and great location near various restaurants. The fitness room and swimming pool were also fantastic features.

The staff was very friendly and tried their best to help me with issues I had regarding my reservation, which I appreciated. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with comfortable beds, large windows that provided great natural light, reliable wifi, and a refreshing pool for a quick dip.
