Our stay at Hotel Phoenix was excellent value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, exceeding our expectations. The location was nice, with a short walk to explore the town, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, even recommending a great spa nearby.

The breakfast option would be even better with a larger selection of coffee capsules available in the rooms.

The hotel had a beautiful modern/rustic style. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a balcony and a view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great, just 500m away from the train station and close to outdoor activities like hiking and skiing.

As young holiday goers, we appreciated the modern décor and swiss charm of the hotel. The bar with the wood fire created a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including delicious cheeses. The location was convenient, allowing us to explore Zermatt on foot. The staff were friendly and recommended a great spa. The room was clean, newly renovated, and had a nice balcony with a view. As dog owners, it was a pleasant surprise that our four-legged friends were also welcomed with open arms.

I stayed at Hotel Phoenix for 4 nights on a leisure trip and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to everything. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view. The breakfast was a feast with a wide variety of options. The staff at the desk were friendly and gave us helpful information. They even let us use the showers after a day of skiing before catching our train. my stay at Phoenix was brilliant.

The hotel is located right in the center, on a little hill, providing amazing views of The Matterhorn. The staff is super-friendly and the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated, with a view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The breakfast served is delicious with a wide selection of options.

We had a great stay in Zermatt over Easter. the hotel was conveniently located near the train station and main street, making it easy to explore the area. the room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony. Additionally, the breakfast provided a delicious start to our days with plenty of variety.

We were disappointed with the attentiveness of the staff. They seemed less welcoming and friendly compared to other hotels we've stayed at.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access from the train station and away from the hustle and bustle of the main street area. The hotel had modern facilities and our room, with a view of the river and the Matterhorn, was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was of high quality and delicious. The hotel team was supportive, generous, and wonderfully friendly. We would definitely come back and stay here again.
