The best aspects of our stay at this hotel were the cleanliness and hotel facilities. The rooms were updated, clean, and modern, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel had excellent amenities, including a beautiful beach and ocean for us to enjoy. Additionally, the location was perfect, as it was close to many delicious restaurants and provided easy access to the ocean for swimming.

The Palms Turks And Caicos is an amazing resort in Provo. The location and buildings are awesome, the rooms are super, and the beach is great. The infinity pool and breakfast are excellent, and the front desk manager was kind and helpful. The staff, from servers to housekeepers, were all friendly and attentive. The resort grounds are beautiful and the spa and fitness facilities are outstanding. it was a peaceful and perfect getaway vacation.

The beachfront location was perfect, with stunning views of the turquoise ocean. the breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Our room had some issues. the air conditioning was not working properly, leaving the room uncomfortably warm.

We had an amazing time staying at a beautiful resort in Turks and Caicos. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants at Grace Bay. The beach was absolutely stunning, with a beach bar that was always buzzing with activity. Our room was gorgeous and had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped bathroom. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff always ready to assist. The breakfast provided was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. our stay was perfect, and we can't wait to go back.

One downside we noticed was the issue with people reserving pool chairs and not showing up for hours.

A fantastic stay with beautiful grounds and a stunning beach. The resort exudes a classic charm and the staff were warm and welcoming. The highlight of my trip was when Woodens Corvil went above and beyond by finding and returning my lost wallet. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel provided free transfers which made our arrival and departure from the city very convenient. the room was well decorated and comfortable with good amenities. Breakfast was included and it was quite tasty. We also enjoyed the hotel's location which was central to many attractions we wanted to see.

We had a bit of trouble with housekeeping, as the room was not always kept to our standards. it was a decent stay but next time we might look for a hotel with a larger pool.

The resort had beautiful landscaping, high-end finishes, and elegant decor throughout. The spa was gorgeous and the junior "suite" was spacious with a small outdoor terrace. The available shops had nice products, and the beach was better than the adjoining resort. The resort had a lovely pool with a swim-up bar and outdoor restaurants. The room had useful amenities like plates, cutlery, and a microwave. The resort also offered extensive water sports equipment, making it a great choice for families.

The hotel had excellent facilities and a beautiful pool and beach. The staff were extremely friendly and I was particularly delighted to meet Anthony Sippy, who was clearly passionate about his work. The location was great, with a short bike ride to town and easy access to transportation options like the airport taxi. The primary restaurant had a delicious breakfast with a variety of options.

Can't fault the property in any way.

I stayed at The Palms for a week with my mom and it was one of the best resorts in Provo. The location, buildings, and rooms were all amazing. The beach was perfect and the infinity pool was super. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, offering scrambled eggs, pancakes, and Chobani yogurt. The front desk manager was kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I had an excellent time and I am already planning to come back next year.
