Stayed here for a few nights due to a last-minute hospital visit nearby. Great views from the balcony! Beds were comfy. Easy access to public transport, but it's a bit of a trek to the city center. No apologies for the mix-up, but the lady at reception was a gem. Free WiFi came in handy for event planning. Limited towels, but at least I wasn't rudely awakened by an early cleaner invasion. Would stay again for the laughs and views!

Pros: the steaks at Shafston Hotel nearby were bonza! the room was top-notch with a view, comfy bed, and free parking.

Only two towels for three, and an early morning wake-up call. the telly glitch was a bummer, but no worries, the overall stay was a ripper!

Helpful Reception Staff: the front desk team member was like a guardian angel, guiding me through the maze of public transport options with the finesse of a seasoned tour guide. Her advice got me to my event at Suncorp effortlessly, like a superhero leading the way.

I was in Brisbane for hospital-related reasons, and for a short stay, it was ideal. the location was convenient, the bed was comfy, the shower was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Free parking was a bonus, and I enjoyed a nice meal at the hotel bistro across the road.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

Loved the undercover parking, felt like a VIP coming and going. the Thai food downstairs was a game changer. Watching Brisbane from above was worth every penny.

Disappointing kitchenette decoration, couldn't even make a cup of tea.

The location of the hotel was convenient as there were good Thai restaurants nearby, which we enjoyed. We also had a nice breakfast in the small but adequate restaurant.

The hotel was not near public transport, so getting around was a bit of a hassle.

stayed at wellington recently for an afl match at gabba, great quiet location with spacious room, good kitchen facilities, comfy bed and lovely balcony view of city. easy lift access from carpark, free parking is a bonus. staff, especially the lady on reception, provided exceptional customer service. across from shafston hotel for great steaks, close to an iga and coffee shop.

My wife says that one more towel per guest would've been helpful for families.

We also loved the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Great value for money and an excellent location close to public transport options and a lovely park nearby for morning runs. the staff were friendly and helpful. the kitchen facilities were satisfactory for basic cooking, and there were good cafes and restaurants close by.

The traffic noise was quite loud in the room facing the street, which could be an issue for light sleepers. the internet was not wireless and charged separately, which was a bit of a hassle.

We had a great time during our Easter vacation at this small boutique apartment hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with a full-size fridge and ample utensils. The location was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and a supermarket nearby. One of the best things about this hotel was the excellent service. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. We also enjoyed the free parking, which was a great convenience.

One drawback of this hotel was the lack of proximity to public transport. It was troublesome to get around for sightseeing without having to pay for expensive taxi or ferry rides.
