Great location on the border of two villages, with clear beach views. Inspired by Le Corbusier, adding his legacy in every detail. Close to train station and bus stop. Excellent European-French breakfast. Lovely decoration concept, soft towels, quiet A/C, and spacious rooms.

My partner and I had an amazing time staying at this hotel in the beautiful area of Cap Martin on the Riviera. The location couldn't have been better, being right on the promenade just in front of the beach. Our room was modern and comfortable, with a large patio window that offered an excellent view of the sea. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

The occasional smell coming from the sink when the water was running, which was a bit strange considering everything else was brand new.

The breakfast room, facing the beach, was a lovely spot to start our day. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had an amazing view of the sea from our room, which was nice to wake up to in the morning. It was also conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to travel around the nearby city. the room was fully equipped with an iPod dock and enough power outlets, which was great for my husband and I to charge our electronics.

The bathroom had a drain smell that wasn't very pleasant. the noise from the nearby road was a bit disruptive during the day when we were on the balcony.

Limited cocktail availability and occasional unpleasant smell in the sink. On a couple of occasions, we were unable to enjoy a cocktail from the hotel's bar due to the bar staff having left for the day.
