The aparthotel was modern and clean, with all the necessary amenities. We received a warm welcome via SMS prior to arrival with important details about parking and access. Staff were efficient and friendly. The rooms were in excellent condition, with great beds and good water pressure in the shower. Food options were great and easily accessible within walking or driving distance.

Signage was poor and there was no clear entry location. The check-in window was closed, and there was a faulty self-check-in tablet, leaving us unsure how to proceed.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great advice on local attractions and markets. The rooms were absolutely modern and top-notch, with a high-quality entertainment system and even tablets available for use. The views from the room were absolutely breathtaking, and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a penthouse suite. We also appreciated being able to leave our car in the car park while exploring the city. the level of comfort and quality service provided here was exceptional.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
