The staff were super friendly and helpful. They even messaged us before our arrival to ask if we wanted a bigger room for our family. The room was spacious and comfortable with extra beds for the kids. The location was convenient, just a short walk from everything. The bonus of airport taxi, daily breakfast, and late checkout made our trip even better.

The washer/dryer in our room was a bit tricky to use, but the staff quickly came to assist us. It would be helpful if they reviewed the instruction sheets to make it easier for guests.

We loved the spacious apartment and comfortable bed. The complimentary chocolates and apples were a nice touch. The location was perfect, close to great cafes and restaurants, and easy to explore the area.

The restaurant had a train station feel to it, with bad lighting and an uncomfortable atmosphere. The bed was too soft, which was a bit of a letdown.
