Great value for the money with comfy rooms. Convenient location and wonderful staff.

Breakfast choices could be more spacious.

I keep coming back for city breaks. First stay staff solved night room issue. All I need: Wi-Fi, snack bars, fitness center, indoor pool, business center. No smoking, air-con. Perfect for me.

the stylish hotel and room setup at W was cool and different. i loved the fun bathroom setup with the heated toilet seat! the interior decorations and design throughout the hotel were interesting and not boring. the comfy and clean rooms, along with the convenient location near riverfront bars, restaurants, and shopping, made for an enjoyable stay.

Nothing that i didn't like 🙂.

Can't fault anything about it

The hotel's decor was simply delightful, especially in the common areas where I felt like I was staying in a modern art museum. the design made it easy for me to navigate around as a senior, and I appreciated the thought put into creating such a visually stunning and accessible space.

I would only wish for the children working there to provide clearer instructions to make the vacation more seamless for senior guests.

The free drinks and snacks in the lobby were a nice touch, and the rooftop pool had stunning views. Plus, the hotel was located in a bustling area with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The breakfast was overpriced and not very impressive. the staff around the pool struggled with the English language, which led to some miscommunications.

The interior design was beyond luxurious, with exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. the customer service was excellent, with a personal touch upon check-in. the pools and hallways were lively, and the room advantages were exceptional.

The dinner flavor was not quite there yet, but the presentation was on point. this hotel was impressive.
