I had a great stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent, as the prices were very reasonable. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with recently refurbished rooms that were clean and had a spa bath. The location was perfect, right in the centre of town, making it easy to explore the main attractions along the Great Ocean Road. Lastly, the staff were friendly and the breakfast included a delicious latte.

That the room could get a bit hot in the afternoon due to ineffective blinds.

Stunning coastal views and great food made our stay at Waves incredibly enjoyable. Despite some initial hiccups with our arrival, the unique and beautifully designed room surpassed our expectations. The restaurant, though busy, served delicious meals at reasonable prices. The convivial atmosphere truly added to our experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fabulous city break at a hotel near the stunning cliffs and amazing wildlife. The room was large, well-kept and comfortable for a relaxing sleep. The location was perfectly situated for sightseeing and walking distance to all the highlights. Another great point was the friendly staff ready to provide details about the city.

The hotel dining experience wasn't as good as we expected. The service was slow and the waiters were a bit disorganized.

The room was spacious and functional, perfect for disabled guests. The restaurant served delicious food and the breakfasts were mouthwatering. The spa was a great place to relax and unwind. The location was convenient, close to the 12 apostles.

Felt immediately at home, no complaints.
