The front desk guy at Residence Inn was exceptional, super sweet, and professional. The room was spotless, and the little kitchen had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, especially the perfectly cooked eggs. We loved that the room had a real coffee maker instead of a Keurig. The location of the hotel was amazing, with easy access to North Dallas even during rush hour traffic. The pool and hot tub were always occupied by happy guests. We also appreciated the multitude of great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating. They provided us with directions to various places and were patient with our numerous requests. the location of the hotel was also fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to the highway. We enjoyed being able to walk to various places and explore the area. Additionally, the rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable space for my family to relax and enjoy our stay.

The room was amazing for the price! Friendly staff. Freshly baked cookies available during check-in. Very easy to find the room. The bed was soft! Pillows were perfect! After a long day at Six Flags, coming back to the room was well worth it! Will return if we decide to come back to the area!!!

I had an incredible stay here! The hotel was spotless, the facilities were top-notch, and the staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and they even served it late enough for me to sleep in and still enjoy a hearty meal. Plus, the location was perfect as it was in the middle of everything and just a short distance from the Dallas Mall on the opposite side of the hotel.
