bassena wien messe prater was a delightful surprise! great value for the price, with a peaceful location near a campus and prater park. a short 5-minute walk to the metro station and only a few stops away from the center. amazing breakfast selection and friendly staff. will definitely book again on my next vienna visit.

The hotel was in a great location close to a popular attraction and had easy transportation options to get to downtown and the airport. the complementary breakfast was fantastic with many options to choose from. the bed and room were very comfortable and provided a relaxing atmosphere.

The daily cleaning was a bit disruptive and not properly communicated with the cleaning staff. the pillows were uncomfortable and too synthetic feeling.

Second time staying, won't be our last. Friendly staff, early check-in, great breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms.

The location here is great if you want to visit the Prater, which is just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is also located next to the U2 metro line, which makes it easy to access the city center and the S7 train to the airport. it was a wonderful stay.

They handled the situation poorly, telling me that it was not their problem and leaving me to deal with it myself.
