The hotel's location was perfect for our family visit, making it easy to explore the city. We appreciated the friendly staff, and the breakfast was simply amazing with plenty of choices, just what we needed each morning during our stay with mum.

In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly amenities like a small fridge and kettle would enhance comfort.

The soundproofing in the rooms could definitely use improvement. I could hear the tram and chatter from neighbors, which made some evenings less restful than I’d hoped.

I loved the vintage vibe of my room, and breakfast was a real treat with tons of fresh options! The hotel even had a cozy lounge area and a lovely garden where I could unwind. Just a heads up, the walls aren't super thick, so you might hear some noise from nearby rooms. 🌼

Very clean and comfortable with a fab location! Just a quick walk to the metro and St Stephen's. Plus, it was lovely being on a quieter street, away from all the noise.

But good gracious, I could hear my neighbors discussing their cat’s hobbies! And the lift? A tiny sardine can for my luggage and me, quite the juggling act!

had a great time at hotel city central! super clean rooms and the breakfast was way better than expected, lots of choices. location is awesome, close to the main sights and a bus stop for hop on hop off tours. staff were all really friendly and helped with whatever we needed, even got tips on local eateries. comfy beds too, i slept like a baby!

During my stay, I found the hotel was just a short walk from St Rupert's Church and close to some fantastic dining options like Hashi Asian Kitchen, making my city strolls even more enjoyable. the clean and spacious room really added to my comfort while needing a bit more attention to the reception team's friendliness.

The staff were SO friendly! ! I felt like a welcome guest every time I passed the reception, especially with Mr Thomas who was always ready to help with reservations. The breakfast was fantastic – they even made me a fresh fried egg on request! It felt like a personal chef experience every morning.
