Over Easter weekend, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel. the breakfast buffet was a highlight with a variety of options, including hot food. the complementary daily cleaning was greatly appreciated, especially since we stayed for longer than 6 days. the location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and close to restaurants and a grocery store.

The Internet connection was unreliable, making it challenging to use for work purposes. the room we were given was much larger than we needed, which was not ideal for one person, and the bathroom facilities were not conveniently located within the room.

I recently stayed at Living Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The modern and high-quality furnishings in the apartment were impressive. The location was perfect, right in front of a subway station and within walking distance to many attractions. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, and the complimentary Nespresso and fruit offered near the reception was a nice touch. I loved the spacious rooms, convenient kitchen, and the superb location. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

We stayed at Living Hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort of our room. The location was fantastic, right in front of the opera house and close to all the major sights. The complimentary coffee and water in the lobby were a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel for a great stay in Vienna.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, right across from a major metro station, and within walking distance to all the major sights. We also loved that it was really close to the opera house. The service was impeccable, from the front desk to chambermaids. The staff helped with any request and was most helpful to recommend a dinner venue and helped to make reservation. The facilities were top-notch, including free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and express check-in/ -out. The room was spacious, with a sitting area, in-room safe, dining table, and soundproofed rooms. The bathroom was high spec and the room amenities included ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar. The lift was a fun and eccentric twist on a lovely apartment hotel, and we laughed out loud every time we used it.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and metro station, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with amenities like a well-stocked mini bar and complimentary mineral water. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, like offering complimentary coffee even after check-out. The hotel also offers a strong and quiet AC system, which is a rare find in many hotels.

Some guests experienced issues with room cleanliness and towel replacement, and faced difficulties in changing their travel dates without extra charges.

great location, easy to get anywhere in the city. comfortable room, nice lobby, free water and coffee. upgraded to a superior apartment that was newly renovated, spacious, and had a great view. metro station right downstairs, close to opera house.
