Beds were comfy, staff friendly, room had kitchen & plenty of towels. Onsite food/drink area was convenient. Easy access to I35. Will likely return.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff treated us with genuine warmth and friendliness. The location was convenient for our needs.

More breakfast choices would have been nice, but the little gro store provided enough snacks and toiletries.

The management at Hawthorn Suites went above and beyond to help me when my vehicle broke down. They treated me like family and made sure I was well taken care of. I will never forget their kindness and assistance during my stay. The room was also clean and check-in was quick.

There was no pool at the hotel and it was not mentioned on the website. Additionally, there were some issues with the credit card check-in process and a few amenities were missing or not functioning properly, such as a hairdryer and a recliner handle.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect since it was close to the attractions we wanted to visit.

Our room was dirty and had a musty smell. the bed was uncomfortable and we found hairs in the bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional - even after our 2 year old son ran barefoot around the room, his feet remained clean. The hotel is very new and the staff were incredibly nice. We also loved the kitchenette in our room, which had a full-sized fridge, range, toaster, coffee pot, and all the pots. It was such a convenient and cost-effective option compared to eating out for every meal. The hotel even had a dishwasher to help with the clean up. We felt right at home.

The rooms are well taken care of, and the cleaning staff is prompt and efficient. a great stay with excellent service.

The air conditioning in the exercise room was not working, making it uncomfortable to workout.

The king suite we stayed in at Hawthorn Suites By Wyndham was incredibly comfortable and clean. We loved having a kitchen area with a toaster to make our own meals. The staff was friendly and the location of the hotel was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and exceeded my expectations in size. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. There were plenty of power outlets for my whole family to charge their devices. The pool was at the perfect temperature for swimming. I also loved that they provided Dove products in the shower. One of the major reasons I chose this hotel was because dogs stay for free.

I felt very fortunate during my stay and have no complaints whatsoever.
